Our town was once home to a number of small, regional breweries, foremost among them the George Muehlebach Brewing Company. As these brewers disappeared, so too went the full flavored but easy drinking classic American lager. Today, we revive their legacy with Boulevard Pilsner: 100% malt, real hop character, unpasteurized. It’s the taste of tradition.
SENSORY DESCRIPTION: Crisp, slightly malty aroma and a pale, golden hue. Light body, even balance and a mild hop bitterness make Pilsner a very refreshing, quaffable beer.
PAIRINGS: Versatile beer pairs well with many dishes. Lighter flavors from the grill or broiler, seasoned chicken or fish. A thirst quencher for spicy Mexican or Asian dishes. Pair with American, Muenster, Havarti or Monterey Jack cheeses.
